Nice to meet you! I'm Hann.
I used to be a competitive athlete, and a Strength & Conditioning coach for many elite and professional athletes (water polo, MMA, cycling & rugby ) around the world.
Then my world turned upside down when I had to go through two major surgeries for my shoulder and knee. And then during Covid, I was hit with my most painful decision - I called off my wedding. After that, I let everything go. I gained a lot of weight, a lot of fat, and before I knew it I was 125kg with 30+% body fat. Then I decided to get fit again.

I tried the usual route that everyone preaches to lose weight: exercise hardcore every day and eat very little to burn the most calories. That's when I realised how painful it was just to lose just 2-3 kg each month.
I was always out of breath, my joints were hurting and I was struggling just to get through each day...
Using the athletic experience I had in the past, and my degrees in Sports Science and Exercise Rehab, I knew there was an easier way. I designed a program based on feedback from my previous training clients, with 3 key building blocks:
• An acceptable, sustainable caloric deficit
• An easy workout program focused on building muscle effectively, with a low risk of injury
• And finally with a simple to maintain diet (without cutting out too much of my favourite foods)



And it worked for me - a sustainable, long-term lifestyle change that helped me lose a significant amount of bodyfat, gained muscle, and get to 110kg!
I started working with a few more people who were on the same journey as me, who faced the same obstacles that come with losing weight from 100+ kilos.
I put them through the same process, and they all got results too, without having to make drastic changes, and without hating their lives in the process.
Because of what I saw while working as a corporate PT at several "mega gyms", I decided to start my freelance practice.
Most gyms just regurgitate the same program for anybody who walked through the door, whether they were 40kg or 200kg. It just went against my entire concept of training.

Because of the pressure to make sales, many of us were also 'forced' to promise quick results, even though we knew our clients' weight gain would rebound because the routines were just not sustainable for daily life.

1) Daily Accountability
I maintain accountability through prompt responses on WhatsApp, ensuring my clients stay on track at all times. Additionally, I initiate follow-ups and engage in personal conversations to deeply motivate them.
Constant communication allows course correction!

2) Your Calories Watched For You
No, my clients don't calorie count. I keep track of their intake through constant communication on WhatsApp where whatever they eat or drink is shared with me. This allows flexibility so one doesn't have to hate life with crazy diets. (See Dex's testimonial above!)

3) An App For You To Follow
It pains me to know that some clients came from trainers who send their program on WhatsApp.
With Hann Performance, you have an App that is designed to allow you to follow along, check how exercises are done and ensure your form is right.

4) EFFECTIVE & Simple to Follow Program
Each and everyones programs are designed specific to them. Your program is a reflection of work schedule, their life commitments and personal drive.
A Simple to Follow Program is a key component. It keeps clients motivated and reduces the need to overthink how an exercise is to be done.

5) Tracking Your Results In Your Phone
It's not about looking at just the scales to see if you've lost weight. We look at multiple parameters to measure success. We look at body fat and muscle changes as well as Before and After photos.
Just focusing on weight alone is so 2010.

A Private Training Studio means no distractions, no waiting around for equipment to be available.
This also means, you and I have 100% focus in the gym. You can be your true self without the fear of judgement or some idiot taking videos to ridicule you on social media.

So How Do I Get My Money Back?
Your answer to the Big Question:
FAQs
No you do not miss the full refund. You will miss the refund for that particular week.
For every successful week completed, you will be refunded immediately on the Sunday of that successful week.
No, this is a face-to-face, in-person Personal Training program. You will also be using apps to track workouts and your fitness, and we'll be having daily conversations on WhatsApp.
The program minimum is twice a week for In-Person Personal Training at my Private Studio.
If you had a knee injury (or any other injuries) prior, the program will be tailored for you to reduce your knee pain. If you have something that you feel is more serious and might cause you to be unable to workout, fill up the form anyway so I can find out more and see if I can make it safe for you.
If your MC is for 3 days or more, you will not be penalized for missing any Physical Sessions (as long as you also meet the other criteria for that week). If your MC is 2 days or less, then you're expected to be able to complete all the criteria.
